Hi team,
I have recharged my d2h 2 times from morning and i am showing error as insufficient balance. I also got sms from d2h that your current balance is rs 319/-
I have found that your customer care number is always busy and it takes more than one hour to reach them. I also tried to login on my d2h account which is showing url error.
D2h service is not available for me so it's your fault and you should compensate for that or i will think to opt out from services of d2h.
I am really frustrated from your services.
