Videocon Mobile — battery not replaced 45 days after work order issued by authorized service center

Very poor service indeed. 47 days after getting a simple complaint forwarded by their authorized service centre that their original battery has ballooned into a ball that cannot fit into the battery slot of their superphone and needed immediate replacement within the six month warranty period they are still struggling to find the details.

I have a chain of the communication with them.
