Is this the way Videocon deals with its costumers ? I would rate you as the poorest in terms of services. From last 6 days after raising 6 different complains-- All i get is assurance that the issue will be resolved.. This is simply insane...I am utterly disappointed by the quality of support Videocon provides to its costumers. Pathetic service.
