Videocon — Not able to fix the connection form 6th Oct'16

I am calling multiple time to call centre to fix the issue and not able to get the result till now.

It is really frustrated that after calling more than 20-25 times.still issue is not resolved.

Is their any one in the system who would take care of this and provides the solution
