Videocon — not able to get service from 75 days

I have a videoconddb smart led 40 inch tv... As thier was a problem in motherboard the techinicanvisit and replaced all with the new one, but he forgot to fix a small display material due to which the screen is not properly visible. Then again complained to customer carefrom then they just sayproduct will come in next 5 days, every time i call these is the ans.
