Videocon — Poor amc service, no action plan | |||||
We have a videocon washing machine under their amc contract and is not working. So placed a complaint - mum[protected] at their call centre on 22.04.16.. It was attended by service engineer on 24.04.16 and had declared its motor faulty. But till now nobody is giving any commitment when it will be replaced. I'm just following up with call centre, service centre and on emails. Really frustrated with the answer that part is not available and cant believe that it requires 18 - 20 days to arrange a motor by such global brand.
