[Resolved]  Videocon — Refrigerator making loud noise and no cooling

I have purchase the Refrigerator in May-2013, within 3month the Refrigerator is making noise and no cooling. Once the service man has come to our place for repairing & charged 1200/- but still the problem exist. Now a days the noise is very loud and no cooling at all. Please help. Videocon product is not worth and the service man is charging unnecessary for the new Refrigerator. I am requesting you to please take this matter at upper level so that every individual would know the problem and they dont buy any videocon product. Regards Kavita Sharma [protected]
