My led is within warranty and its screen has become completely blank and it is not repairable as per the service centre. And they are neither changing the part nor replacing my led with new led. Instead they are asking for 50% of total new led amount to replace my led which is not as per warranty policy. Plz acknowledge my request and do the needful. Already more than 2 months have passed they have took away the led to service centre and no resolution provided.
