[Resolved] Videocon — service issue | |||
My name is aditya. i have a videocon washing machine and it's dryer is not working. I complained about it on 29/11/18 on it customer care number[protected]. a mechanic came and said it's motor is dead and it needs to be replaced. he told that i will have to pay service charges and motor will be replaced free of cost. he also said that it will take 5-7 days for motor to arrive in stock. till now motor has not arrived and due to cold season i am facing much problems. kindly look into the matter. my complaint no is luc[protected]. my phone no is [protected]. Oct 2, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved they called me but till then i got it repaired from outside mechanic. Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
