Videocon SIM — About message pack

My complaint is no network coverage keep in this area & some times i try to call customer care but My call does not look...and my message packs validity is 4 weeks & day send message validity is 100 uses par day but when i send only 60 message they are cut my balance & say you uses 100 message...but i say how that's possible...please check my account and kindly do the needful...
