Videocon Telecom — Balance Refund

My name is Jasvir Singh. I purchased a Videocon connection with net pack. My No. [protected]. I have Net pack Balance 200 MB valid upto 24.09.2015. Company cut my Net pack balance before one day also my talk time Rs. 75, without any reason. When I want to complaint your customer Number hold my phone some time then cut my phone. In short I want to say please take the action about it and refund my balance immediately. Regards Jasvir Singh
