Videocon Telecom — For the Voice call balance deduction | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I have Purchased the sim card number [protected], before two days. I had got initially balance of Rs.40 and 200 MB internet data free. Now After two days, I tried to call with the videocon sim, balance is nill. I had call to customer care, cc executive replied that without any charged call done, I have used internet, (wherever I have got it free data) so due to usage of Internet, I have lost my balance.
