Videocon Telecom — Internet speed is too low

I purchased two sim cards of videocon after knowing about 2.75G network but after using it I realize it's giving me only 5to 10 kbps speed It just a 2G Internet I am fully disappoint about it, Videocon company launched 2.75G network that gives upto 400kbps speed, but it's fake company cheat with Me, I have complained so many times they just said to clear cookies and cache always give me same answer I have another sim of idea that gives me 15kbps speed
