Videocon Telecom — made request to disconnect my videocon numbers 3 times from a month , but didn't get any response.

Hello Sir / Madam, I am Harmeet Singh from jalandhar (Punjab). I went to videocon office(Model town, Jalandhar) and lodged a request to disconnect my videocon numbers in the first week of April .I made a request with application and proof id . I also went there again couple of times and said that my numbers are still activate please disconnect it . but they didn't took my complaints seriously. my videocon number are ([protected], [protected], [protected] ) .
