Videocon Telecom — New tablet is faulty

i HAVE PURCHASE MY TAB DATE 19-MAR, BUT ITS FOUND NEW DIFFECTIVE, I HAVE MANY COMPLAINT LODGE ON VIDEOCON SERVICE CENTER.

Dear Sir, I have purchased 1 tab videocon model no--VA75K on 19.03.2014.From
very next day it starts giving me trouble as there was no internet
connectivity. and camera problem., i contact your service centre at
Laxmi nagar and handover the tab to them.on
23.03.2014. Again on 04.04.2014 i contact at service centre and they
handedover the set to me saying that now it is working ok, but again tab
is giving me same problem.I
already lodged the complaint on customer care two times, comp
no[protected],[protected] but till no solution provided. I request
you to replace the tab with new one as this is defective one otherwise i
will approach to consumer forum.regardsDharam Dass[protected]
