[Resolved] Videocon Telecom — No network | |||
Dear I bought special no. from videocon my no. is [protected] as per they said that they have very good service but i'm unable to get any service from the company & the network is very bad, i have some snap shot regarding the same that network goes on emergency calls only & from yesterday i have lot all connection, it seems that there is no sim in the phone. Earlier i have launched a complaint & they said by 29th dec 2014 it got resolved & i got call from them & they saying that there is some issue regarding networks & i should wait for few time, if i have to wait then why should i pay the monthly rental if i'm unable to use the proper service.
