Videocon Telecom — Unnecessary balance deduction | |
Respected Sir/Madam,
I have a purchased a videocon prepaid sim no.[protected]
for Rs. 250 which got activated on 9 th April 2015 with the mail balance
of Rs. 199 and 1 GB free Internet. Between 11 to 12 April 2015, my main
balance was unnecessarily deducted by Rs.10. On 12.4.15, i.e. Sunday
when i called your customer care executive around 5 p.m. he didn't gave me a satisfactory
reply & said that i downloaded something due to which balance was
deducted. I just called for 15-20 seconds on a number to activate my
free internet access for which 20 paisa were deducted. Thereafter, i
just surfed intrernet & my internet is free. I asked the Customer
care representative to raise my complaint but he didn't raise my
complaint and neither forwarded my call to senior official.
Today, again before putting my complaint in writing I called at customer care
and a customer care representative named Hardeep also didn't raise my
complaint and when I asked her to transfer my call to senior
representative she said he is busy attending other calls.
I am a new videocon user and an experience like this will make me switch to
another company. Kindly, refund the balance deducted and treat it as
urgent.
Kindly look into the matter and refund my balance as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
