[Resolved]  Videocon Telecommunication — Wrong balance deduction

I purchased a new sim card of videocon whowhosewhose no is [protected] on 15 maywith a recharge of 199 in which i got 199 main balance and 1 gb of internet data.. but when i browse internet about 18 mb company had charged me 187 rs from my main balance instead of deducting from data pack.. Regarding same when i speak to customer care they are replying with nonsense reasons and disconnected call at each level of customer services..Even the senior executives are doing the same. Please help me to resolve my problem and get my deducted amount add to my account back..
