Videocon — tv 22 inch

I have raised complaints on oct 8, 2018 regarding tv screen not working. A technician came took rs 650. But he didn't solve the problem. After repeated calls to customer care they say it take 24 hrs. But 3 weeks have passed and nothing has been done. Following are the details:
