Please refer to my complaint no. 1601D[protected] registered by me to your customer care no. In spite of my regular follow-up from last one month my 40" LED has been taken to your service centre. But it is again hold by your service centre from more than a week.
I talked many times to your ZM - Mr Prabhakar (Delhi Region). Action is still pending in absence of some part from your company. Very sorry to say, my experience with your officer mr Prabhakar and also with other executives are not good. In spite of holdging responsible post he never picks the phone from me. Every time he made wrong commitment to me for resolution of my complaint.
If your company is not able to produce the part of the TV within one year purchased, you replace it immediately as i was told by mr Prabhakar.
AS my complaint is pending with you more than one month, I again request you to please do the needful very soon at your end.
I dont want to take help of consumer court or some media channel against you but your irresponsible behaviour instigate me to do so. This is my first experience with your company and you can understand my experience with you people.
