Although, videocon is not eligible for any star, I am giving one for the sake of rating. I[censored] send mails, videocon will send automated replies, which r not useful to the customers. I have requested them to register my mobile number and update my new address, but in turn, they have changed my base pack without my knowledge. So, we should appreciate them for their promt and efficient services?
