[Resolved]  Videocon — Videocon Refrigrator & chasing the customer care team from last four months

I am writing this mail to bring into your kind knowledge that we got the videocon frost free eco cool refrigrator model VAP243 year 2010 frost free refrigerator two years back from your dealer in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. After few days we bought it we started facing issues with it like there was no auto cut and neither it was getting frost by itself the entire water was running down inside the fridge. So we called videocon shimla service centre and they gave us a visit repaired the fridge but did not gave us the visiting slip that who visited and what did they checked for, as my mother was alone at home on being asked for it they answered that for the time being they are not carrying it and will give it to us later. But the problem was never resolved and we kept chasing them for the same. Then finally we got to know that the person who visited us for the first time has burnt the thermostat and the refrigerator can not be repaired know. Since than we are facing the same problem and are chasing them for the same, but we do not hold a record that your servicing person only did this. We were a loyal videocon customers but know we feel that we are totally ignored and not taken care off.As I am chasing your team from last four months for this issue.
