Videocon — washing machine drum problem

I, D.Srinivasa Raju, Eluru and my brother-in-law Sri E.N.Raju have purachased videocan washing on 23.6.2013 at Next show room, Eluru, W.G.District. Some hard sound in drum of washing machine. I have lodged my complat. 15.7.2014 at evening at Next Show room, Eluru, The Manager not respond properly, Hence, I request that pl. retify the problem.
