Videocon — washing machine dryer not work since last 25 days

I have raised the complaints two times dated[protected] and[protected] but right now no solution provided.
Washing machine dryer not working have explained well and remind also dated[protected] two times in a day. But till now no phone call received and no person have visited my house.

This product is under 5 year warranty, i have buy in april 2017.
