Sir am a videocone d2h cutomer with customer ID[protected] with account number 21035744 .
videocone d2h providing the FTA channel other than what i requested without 25 DD channel. On february 28, I called costomer care exicutive of Videocone and requested 75 FTA channel without DD Chennels with 25 minute call durtion and i paid 26 rupees for BSNL net work for tha call, at that time customer care exicutive promised me that they will provide the channels what i requested during the call, there will not be any change as FTA, so i reacharged my account to contiue the service before expiry date, unfortunately they are not providing that FTA channels, they provide their own FTA channel whic are not intrested to my family especially maratti, kannada, and some of shopping channels which are 100 % useless for my family and not providing all FTA malayalam channel which i requested. To cllear this difficulty i called them back on february 7 and consequetive days .They are not responding.so i mailed the complaint to NODA offer of Ernakulam and to the customer care department..but they are not responding. I also tried to correct the channels through website of videocone by using create your own package option ..but they are locked 100 such channels and informing the that are mandatory channels ( except 25 DD channels)so now i feel that Videocone company is cheated me as customer and they violated the TRAI regulation Rules also still charging from my side.
So please do the needfull against this cheating
