Sir/Madam,

my name is customer who purchasing goods from the "VIJAY DAIRY FARM" add:11 Tulloch Road Apollo Bunder Colaba Mumbai 39. i know this farm is selling no of Illegal foreign cigarette to the customer without a licence of foreign trading licence.and they all charge to the customer to other goods like milk,bread butter, and specially cold drinks on ABOVE M.R.P. rates. They all selling expiry date goods i have observe that.so Plz This is my humble request to you B.M.C that do what ever is law said to you.im just giving a letter to you. other wise i will complaint them to the police.plz take a some action to in this matter.

I am Ch. Neelima, resident of Ramkoti, Hyderabad. Would like to bring you notice that the milk product of vijaya dairy farm is supplying milk with an MRP of 13Rs. But the seller is charging 14 to 15Rs extra since from a long time if we ask him we are getting an answer that the milk price has been increased.
Can i please kindly know what action should be taken regarding this extra charges claimed by them.

Please response to my complaint as soon as possible and me know the process further.
And Help Me Out to by going though my issue.....

I am living in Anjani Vihar, Paper mill Raod, Saharanpur. Sir in my locality there is a Dairy named as Vijay Pal Dairy. Sir this dairy owner donot have any legal approval from municipal coorporation,

sir this Dairy owner have 15 buffloes and create lot of mess in the locality as it keeps all the waste at his door every evening at 7:30 pm and there is lots of smell in the colony and lots of insects and mosqutoes take birth there and creating health problems

Sir,
I am one of the regular customer regularly visiting your RF shop at Vapi Gujrat state.
on 28/02/09 I purchase one boxe of Kaju Katli from your shop which had Mfg Date and expiry date expires on 14/03/09. We opened the box and consumed one pc of the same after food at night. But my stomach got totaly upset, Hunting for the reason why it happend. Further when we checked the Kaju Katli to our surprise only top portion two layer was ok rest all were infected by fungas all black spots.
Immidietly we called RF outlet, answer was given that, you might have forgot to keep the thing in fridge. It was realy surprising answer to me. We are regularly buying the same thing we normaly keep it in fridge. Secondly in Vapi RF for costcutting or we dont know most of the times you find no aircondition is working only fans are on. and inside temp may be more in hot afternoon. When I contacted vijar dairy Mr.Vijaybhai he ver politly answered me telling no problem you return it we will replace the same. and you dont need any cooling for this item atleast for one month.
our request please impove your A.C system in RF to avode such food infection
