Vijay Sales — complaint regarding my led tv 50' not being repaired or replaced during warranty period by videocon service centre since last more than one month | |||
Most Urgent for Immdeiate attention please. Most Respected Sirs, I purchased Videocon LED TV on 9/9/2017 from Vijay Sales Borivali West with three years warranty. Within 1 year of the warranty period, the display of my TV has become blank only sound is heard.since 15/4/2018.ON 16/4/2018, 17/4/2018 and 30/4/2018 I lodged complaint with customer care and I was given complaint reference No: MUM[protected] Response code S31476, MUM[protected] Response code R42790 and MUM[protected] Response code S07040. On 23/4/2018 and 24/4/2018 techinicians from Videocon Service Centre visited my house and checked my TV and he told that the Panel is not working and Panel needs to be replaced and he has placed the Order for New Panel and within one week he will come and replace the Panel. However thereafter since more than One month has elapsed. Now the service centre is not picking up my calls and when I call customer care they always say that they have send reminders and within 24 hours service centre will call back to me. Till today I have niether received any call nor nor my TV is repaired nor my TV is replaced. It is very shocking a reputed company like Videocon having given warranty at the time of selling their product has failed to fulfil their commitment. I have also lodged complaint with Vijay Sales and they have also send reminders to Videocon but there is no response. Hence my complaint may be registered and either my TV be repaired immediately or my TV be replaced with New TV as I am suffering much inconvenience during my vacation period when I am at home deprived from watching TV Programmes and News. I am a Senior Citizen and great inconvenience is caused to me. It is a clear cut case of deficiency of service by Videocon Industries. I have send messages on facebook page of Videocon Industries and send messages on facebook but it appears that none of the office bearers of Videocon Industries found any time to go through my messages till today. My TV is not working since 15/4/2018 and as on today about 40 days have elapsed. Niether my TV is repaired nor my TV is replaced. Even no reply is given to me till today. Service centres do not pick up my calls and Customercare gives assurances that they have send reminders and I will get call within 24 hours but no call is received. I have now become frustrated. If Videocon Industries do not fulfill their committments given to its customers then why they give warranty while selling their product. I cannot get my TV repairs from other Service Centres even by paying money as my TV is under warranty period. Hope that Videocon Industries will consider my grievance seriously and will take immediate steps either to repair my present TV or replace my TV with New TV and atleast confirm per return of post as to when they will do the needful Kindly do the needful either by repairing my TV or replace with New TV at the earliest My name is Omkarnath Tiwari and my mobile No: [protected] and [protected] With last hope to get justice at the hands of Videocon Industries Ltd I expect prompt reply per return of my mail at the earliest.
