Vijay Sales — Delivery not done | |||
Good day, My name is jerald pereira. I placed online order for Blue star deep freezer chfsd100dhsw/dhpw on may 24, 2020 on vijay sales website. The order number is vs[protected]. After making the payment the message appeared on the screen saying 'our deliveries have resumed but they are limited to certain areas due to government rules and regulations.' the online status of this order is still - ordered. My first complain is why vijay sales did not show this message on the screen before processing the payment. Amazon has been very transparent. They show on the screen before placing the order if they can deliver the order or not. My second complaint is vijay sales customer sales is not working. I tried all their customer care numbers. They don't work. I sent email to the customer care. I received auto generated email saying they will look into it when lock-down is open. 3rd complain is there is no option to cancel the order. And as per vijay sales cancellation policy 5% surcharge will be applied for cancellation. Amazon has resumed delivering the same product at much cheaper rate within 3 days. I regret placing order with vijay sales. Vijay sales lacks transparency in online transaction. Please make vijay sales deliver the product within 48 hrs after receipt of this complain or provide me 100% refund immediately.
