Vijay Sales — Delivery of washing machine | |||||
I have purchased Samsung fully automatic washing machine on 21st august 2016 @ Borivali SV road branch. Sales associate agreed about confirmed delivery will be on 28th August 2016 as lack of availability of stock. Today morning i called to check delivery status, at first bajaj finance associate disconnect the call, when i called again he surely said we will delivered the product between delivery hours 12-8. Now when i called on delivery helpline the associate said due to lack of stock delivery has cancelled for today I'll arranged call from Borivali branch. I just received call (6:40pm)from borivali branch that delivery has been rescheduled on 31st August. We have been waiting for our product for a week...!!! & now you guys again wants us to wait for another 3 days!!! Is this a good customer service??? If there is no stock available then why you are taking orders? Worst experience ever...!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
