For your further information, mr amit singh, your service engineer attended the equipment, who is attending it for last few months, and detected that "a circuit" is not functioning and need replacement. its more than 10 days, that neither the part is replaced nor there is any communication. i visited your service center at vasant vihar and tried to gather the status on the subject. the answer was "hun kuch nahi kar sakate, jab tak part available nahi hota". Please see below mail where i narrated the status of your equipment which did not work continuously satisfactorily for more than 15 days. Your service engineer attended the equipment around 10 days back and identified that the the electronic circuit board is necessary to be replaced as the same is not responding at all. he did consulted with his seniors and assured us to replace the same at the earliest. but i am sorry to point out to you that there is no communication whatsoever from your end till date. I once again request you to replace the equipment as the same may be a faulty piece from your manufacturing range. Last week only your service engineer visited and requested us to attach new valve to the equipment costing around rs 750/-. we accepted it. he installed the valve and the equipment run smoothly for some days. I am sorry to say that the equipment is not running now and completely stopped. Will you please take a serious note of it and take a corrective action? Or Give us a replacement as the said equipment has not given the satisfactory service write from its installation? Either you need to replace the equipment or you need to give me permanant solution. The said equipment was purchased from vijay sales ghodbandar road branch on 26th november 2015. The equipment is not giving a satisfactory result at all. most of the times the tank does not get filled. We are to force to keep the machine inactive. Though i lodged the complaint earlier there is no feedback. your landline is not attended by any executive though tried for various occasions. please do not force me to go to "customer grievances" cell.
