[Resolved] Vijay Sales — fall commitment and bad delivery schedule | |||
I booked a whirlpool washing machine and made full payment on 19.11.17. The machine was delivered on 20.11.17 and old machine (Working condition) was picked up @ 7.00 pm. However, due to size difference we went to store @ 8.00 pm booked another machine and made balance payment. We requested them to get the new machine picked upon 21.11.17. The sales person said both thing will be done on 22.11.17. We cross verified about the deliver since we have going out of station on 23.11.17 and our parents (Senior citizen) will be home. Today on 22.11.17 i am informed about company policy about first pick up then delivery leaving my senior parents doing washing for 5 days. I want to cancel my order with vijay sales as delivery is pathetic Was this information helpful? | |||
