Vijay Sales — New product defective | |||
Hi, Dear Gaganji, My name is Ronak Kotak... I have bought a lot of products in past from Vijay sales and this time I have purchased a whirpool set which includes a Hob chimney Microwave and oven. Sir I have having a renovation at my place this had just installed Hob and sir in the second day of installation 2 buttons were not working and even the ignition was shaking I complained and the person came to repair I told him it’s a new gas now come there is this problem he said sir Hota hai I said ok immediately on the second day other buttion stopped working. Sir I was using Prestige built in Hob and I just stopped using it in a year coz of this issue and this being a new gas this is the proble I am facing I have asked them to replace it as it is just 2 days but no one is helping me Vijay sales is directing me to whirpool and whirpool is directing me to Vijay sales I am attaching a video of the repair and I do not wish any repair as it is a brand new product... pls help me and get this resolved..
