Date of Incident - 13 March 2018 (afternoon) Order no - 105-Q-SOT 10884 Code:[protected] Product - Godrej Ref EON 231 C 2.4 Silver I write to you on behalf of Ayesha Nisar Sindhole (with her consent) who bought a fridge on 12/03/18 from your Opera House branch. The fridge was delivered today. The three young boys who came to deliver it were very careless and rude. Firstly they wanted to leave the packed fridge just like that and go, without opening and installing it. They said 'it was not their job to open the package'. When Aayesha insisted, they did it reluctantly in a very careless manner. They did not heed to her request for unboxing the fridge in her verandah and not inside her house as the room is very small. This is when I intervened. They were fumbling a lot so I asked them if they have done this before. One of them responded arrogantly 'Bas kya madam'. One of the other boys nudged him to ask for money from me. They asked for 'Khushi'. I refused as I was not very happy with their behaviour and handling of the appliance. But they did not leave and kept standing at Aayesha's house entrance. It was meant to be a very happy moment for her as she had been saving for this fridge for a very long time. I didn't want the scenario to get ugly so I gave them some money so that they would go away. Aayesha and I did not like being put in this situation by the delivery boys.
