Purchased 1.5 ton voltas split ac from dwarka outlet. They supplied damaged indoor unit on 29.07.2018, which was to be replaced. But haven't received any replacement so far. When confronted with the fact, the staff showed ignorance and apologized. Conduct of vijay sales is unethical and fraudulent.
