[Resolved] Vijay Sales — voltas window air conditioner 1.5 ton | |||||
Hi, i bought voltas 1.5 ton window a/c on apr 30th 2018 from vijay sales mg road gurgaon and within 3 months i have filed 3-4 complaints regarding an issue which i am facing every week/2nd week. Sometime water leakage is there, sometime it's not cooling most of the time it giving 2 error message "df" and "e3" and some sort of sound is coming. My 1st complaint number was - [protected] dated jul 16th and jul 18th My 2nd complaint number was - [protected] dated jul 27th My 3rd complaint number yet to received as i made it today jul 31st. Voltas executive who visited me today said that they will take my a/c tomorrow to workshop for repair/ac gas refilling. It's a request if you can replace my a/c instead of repairing it.
