Sir, my atm received by bank but they did't given to me. Charges for atm deducted from my account. When i goes to collect my atm, the staff misbehaves with me. They regularly said that atm didn't come and next they used to say do whatever you want. It have been more than 3 months they didn't gave me my atm. Sir, do needful action for this. If this continues, i have to close my account. I am using this account for more than 10 years. It is your behaviour for your old customers? Kindly deliver my atm card. Thanks
