I have just made a transfer from vijaya bank account to union savings account. However the money has been deducted from vijaya bank account but did not receive funds in union bank savings account. I received a msg from vb (Your fund transfer for rs 8300 on date (03/11/2018) timeing (12/19.4) pm is timed out. Please check with your bank (Imps ref no.[protected]. Could you please rectify the issue asap

I have 2hours ago did a IMPS transferred from my vijaya bank account to state bank of India of Rs.5000 but it is not credited to SBI account holder ac. And it also duducted the amount from my vijaya bank account..IMPS ref.id-IMPS/[protected]/P2A/MOB/0/sc.

    Yesterday i have made a payment through imps from vijaya bank mobile banking application. Rs 6400/ while doing the transaction it showed the transfer failed but unfortunately that amount got deducted from my bank account.
    Even the opposite party didn't receive the money, money also deducted from my account

I am trying to create unified payment interface adress (upi adress) for my Vijaya bank account to do online transactions... But it showing that SMS was sent from from the wrong mobile number. Please help me . I want to create upi adress. Thank you sir.

      I have made a payment through IMPS from Vijaya bank mobile banking application. While doing the transaction it showed the transfer failed but unfortunately that amount got deducted from my bank account. I tried to call so many times to the bank customer care, nobody picks the calls. also I have sent email to IMPS team and vijaya bank my branch, there was no response .
      Even the opposite party didn't receive the payment pls do the needful get my money

      Still I didn't get refund it's been already two days
      This is to inform you that I had sent an IMPS by transaction number[protected] today at 17:18 PM for a larger amount. However, the transaction was unsuccessful and the account was debited for the same.

      Requesting your team to kindly look into this urgently an credit the amount back to my account at the earliest.

          My name is lalitha, i have not received gas subsidy amount from aug-16 to march-17, so that i enquired with indane gas customer care - [protected] they told that amount already credited to vijaya bank account#2733, that account is not pertaining to us. Kindly check & confirm.

          Rs.286.70 in march-17

          We don't have account in vijaya bank, we have given account details of syndicate bank till july-16 subsidy credited same account as we provided, but later on they changed account without our information.

              Money got debited from account 10, 000 twice but the atm didn't dispensed money each time. Total of 20, 000 debited. Transferred money to someone account an amount of 20, 000, account debited but the amount not credited to the person whom it was transferred.

              Informed about the first time when the 10, 000 was debited at the vijaya bank branch udaipur city palace complex, the person sitting over there said that it would be credited within 24 hrs as there is a server issue going but he didn't specify that the server issue is with their atm or with their banks.

                Hello sir iam ambrish my ac/no.[protected] on[protected] at 6.20 pm I have withdrawn cash of 1000 rupees but cash as not came it's showing cash withdrawn what can I do

                      My son's post office savings account a/c no. [protected], name: mukul. P
                      Sub: atm transaction got declined and money debited from account
                      On 29/09/2018, he did an atm withdrawal of rs. 1000/- from vijaya bank atm adjacent to vijaya bank dahmi kalan branch, rajastan - 302026. He didn’t receive the money, only got the message “transaction declined”. While trying in another atm within 10minutes time, he got to know that money had been debited from the account. Immediately he came back and informed this incident to vijaya bank officials. They confirmed that money will be credited back the same day itself. Again, he approached the bank on 01/10/2018 to inform that till that time money didn’t credit back, but they are keep on saying the same thing that money will be credited back.
                      In the mean time given a complaint letter to subramanyapura post office, bangalore-560061 where he had the account also.
                      Today being 13th day, money didn't credit back. He is a student, studying in manipal university engineering college in jaipur. For his emergency he withdrew the money and got declined. He suffered a lot of mental strain, physical strain, wastage of time due to this incident.
                      Requesting you to kindly look in to this matter and help to get the amount rs. 1000/- back to his account and also a compensation for the mental and physical strain he suffered during these period.

                        Dear concern,
                        I am abdul halim, a resident of rajapukhuri bagisa village in the district of darrang. I am the managing director of a private school. I have two accounts in vijaya bank kharupetia branch and all my personal transactions were done in this two accounts. One day, in the month of february, 18, the then branch manager called me and requested me to take a loan for my school which denied and asked him if he could give me a housing loan for my half completed house. He immediately gave me a list for required documents.
                        I submitted all the documents immediately after one week, he checked all the documents and asked me to get the classification of land to be changed, it took another two months and lots of money to do the same and i submitted the same as he said. Then he said me to meet the advocate of the bank and to get an noc from her, i met her and gave rs. 4500 as their fees and got the noc after one week, produced the same, then he made some corrections over that and asked me to go again, went, again rs. 3500 as fees and got the same and submitted, then he asked me to get the updated itr file of my guarantor which was not possible at that time because, the updation system was closed. Then i changed my guarantor and went next week, then he said me to go next day with a new photograph of the guarantor, i went next day and on that day he said "your file is ok now, the new manager is joining tomorrow, he will sanction your loan", i was just sitting like a stone. He again said "don't worry, the his first disbursal will be in your name" i came out simply saying ok.
                        Met the new manager on the day after next day and told him everything, he said "what the new manager said, is up to him, i will check everything once again" and asked me to go after one month. I went after one month and he told me to get the valuation certificate from their valuer, met the valuer and gave rs 10000 as valuation fees, got the valuation, submitted, then he said me to give him rs. 5000 as his transportation cost to visit my school and home. Then i refused the amount and said that i will carry them as i have a car. I took the manager and one of his companion at my home and also my school on his prescribed day. He went my home and told my parents to start the incomplete work immediately as he is transferring the loan amount immediately on the day after next to that day. We were in hurry to complete the work because my parents were going to haj next week. Immediately next day, father called the necessary workers and started the works.
                        The manager took another one week. Then i asked him whether he will give the loan or not, then he said that he can't give because my cibil was bad. It was the month of july
                        Now my appeal to this concern is that
                        1. I submitted all the document including fully filled loan application form where i did mention (Also discussed with them) that i have a car loan about to be ceased, why did they not see the cibil at that time?
                        2. Why did they harass me both physically and mentally and financially??
                        3. They compelled me to open account of my father, mother, wife etc at their bank for the sake of the loan. Why???

                          I am having salary sb ac in vijayabank chikkaballapura. My salary is credited to ac. My salry is not crediting properly due to allotment problem from our dept. It was credting like 2 months once like. I had a personal loan in vijaya bank. My cibil score shows low 560 your bank people knows how my salary is credinting to ac but y you pepole give lo score to cibil while loan amount is deduxting i am not intentionaly delay but my salary is delaying pks give solution to this

                                  My name is nishant gangwar and my account name is neha foot wear. I m regularly using mobile banking facility n yesterday around 6.38 pm i'm using imps facility n doing imps amount of rs 5502.95 to my another account of bank og baroda branch. And message has come timed out and amount is debited from my current account. My account number is [protected]. And amount is not credited to my another account of bank of baroda. And reference number is attached. So i kindly request u to reverse my amount.

I have transferred the amount of ruppess 200 to the beneficiary account through imps in vijaya bank mobile banking app on today i. E 27/9/2018 at 5:38 pm. Amount in my account has debited during transferring but the amount is not credited to the beneficiary account. Kindly provide me the refund since amount is not credited to beneficiary account.

                                      I went to your branch at tagore nagar, near dcm for exchange of a mutilated ₹2000 note. I was asked to leave and the note wont get exchanged, i asked the branch manager mr madan lal meena for the reason, he said no reason and leave.
                                      I asked him to give it in written that why this note wont be exchanged.
                                      He started shouting and when i tried to record he snatched the mobile from my hand and started shouting more.
                                      As per government rules the bank is liable to exchange such notes
                                      Even not at least he should behave properly with the customers.
                                      He think he’s some kind of don or something and started behaving like one and also damaged my mobile a bit.
                                      The evidence of that will be in the cctv camera of the bank.
