I submit my all document past one year, the manage when i meet that time he say "bring other document" same all time

I m not a fool i m alredy say"if it possible i process if it not possible i don't process, he say definitely possible, buy why late my lone

I m a msme sector person, last 6 month before your coimbatore reg manager
Came to mettur branch, that time branch manager and your staff all have, i rise the question why he not give me a lone,

Suddenly your zonal manager ask branch manager he say possible

Than the zonal manager he give lone just 10 days

Now go to 6 month i m not a fool, you give me a laly pop,

I m not a child so i wast 1 years in your bank transaction
We close my account in your branch

Humbly request i m a businessman so i try other bank

But same incident go to your branch more time this is not good relation ship

      I have just made a transfer from vijaya bank account to my obc savings account. My account nmber is correct but my ifse code's one digit was missed. Money has been deducted from vijaya bank account but did not receive funds in my obc savings account. I received a msg from vb (Your fund transfer for rs. 3985.00 on 05-06-17.

        Your toll free numbers as given on the site does not connect easily.
        Moreover, if it gets connected your customer care readily disconnects the call by quoting "Your voice is not clear".

        Also the same lady gets disguised into different names as happened with me -
        Shalini, Hemlatha etc etc.

        Is this the way to serve customers.

          Hello Sir,

          I reside in #923, 4th A cross, VijayaLayout, Bilekahalli. The vacant site here are not cleaned by the owners making it a breeding ground for snakes and rats and other harmful Lizards and whatnot.Its, leading to many diseases due to the mosquitoes breeding in.Also the Tree in this empty plot has grown tall and causes short circuit as it has reached above the BESCOM transmission lines. Please look into the issue with priority. I kindly request BBMP to take action.We are living in the same vicinity where they have grown thick jungles.

              on 13th may i was withdrawal in our vijaya bank abiramaburam branch ATM but i am not received money (8300) but debited in my account so i will raise the complement. The number is (CRM[protected]) and i discussed with your team said 7 working days your money will be refunded but today is 7th working day (22.05.2017) and again i was discussed customer care he given one number [protected] Ext - 388 i called this number but no respond.

              Know i am close my account and open other bank

                  I am syed mohammed rafi (Inr)-[protected] holding home loan account, as earlier i have complained regarding my tenure and emi issue. No action has been taken.
                  Please make note of issues, as i am vexed with vijaya bank managers and their approach for this issue. If you guys are not able to fix this issue, please let me know
                  How do i get it fixed or else i will complain this issue in consumer court.
                  Here are the details of issues:

                  Issue 1) my emi was 25325 when i deposited two lakhs (2, 00, 000) on 14th july 2016 then my emi is increased to 26580, with a shock i asked the branch manager (Charandeep virmani)
                  About the details. He said that tenure is reduced and its rephrased. But actually nothing is done.

                  Issue 2) i deposited 1, 30, 000 on 10th jan 2016 to reduce my emi and it is reduce from 26580 to 25100. The tenure is stuck at 221 months.

                  Issue 3) i came to know about interest change option 9.7% to 8.9% on 10 jan 2017 which is from bplr to mclr, that time my tenure was 221 months.
                  But when i have changed from bplr to mclr in april i was charged 0.5% plus vat calculated based 221 months tenure which is wrong calcualtion.

                  Issue 4) when changed from bplr to mclr, bank people did mistake in due date calculation due to that my emi for the april was deducted just 9045 rs/- only,
                  When asked branch manager (Sangameshwar patil) said switch over fee is calculated as emi, but swith over fee is also added in my home loan outstanding balance.
                  So who is going to pay these losses of my money, do i need to bare the bank people mistakes.

                  And special note i was going to bank everyday from past 20 days, but no action has been taken. Only response i get is please wait outside for 10 mins and after that
                  Manager (Patil) tries to convience which results nothing. My manager doesn't know my tenure, everytime he calls higher authorities they also don't know. Am in i in
                  The wrong bank or vijaya bank doesn't have the details of their customers/account holders.

                  I try to withdrawn amount of 3000/- in visagapatnam mathurawada BANK OF BARODA ATM, but cash not comes and message comes like i withdrawn. So make my cash re-credit as soon as possible

                    I am complaining about your comments on 2nd may 2017. The bank statment was attached with the complaint. The available balance before 19.01.2017 was 11335 then how can withdrawal 15000. So please recheck and be serious about my complaint. Please see the bank statement and tally with records.in between 19th jan and 25th jan another amount 2000, 3000, 1113, 5183 is also withdrawal means total 11296 is withdrawal. According to you the total 26296 rs. Withdrawal which is not possible because that time cash withdrawal limit was only 24000. So please recheck and solve my problem. Don't check it roughly. I am facing so much problem because of wrongly debited my 15000 by you. Please see the statement thoroughly submitted by me and solve my problem.

                      I have lodged a complaint a month ago regarding the refund of amount but the till now my issue is not been resolved. I have visited the branch personally even though no action has been taken yet. I'm utterly dissatisfy with the service of bank and staff. I appeal for strict action in this regard. When ever i call to customer care, every time they play the same tone that it will resolved withiwithin two days. They are playing like anything with customers. The staff is so careless because vijaya bank is a government bank and the they assume no can question them regarding customer service. I have never experienced such a worst service from any bank.

                        It has been more that 2 months since i have request for a death claim (from my dad's account to mine since no nominee was mentioned). The Regional office has opened my application after 1 month from submitting the application. When things didn't move, i had to go to the regional office and personally request to expedite the application since the amount was big (close to 6 L). When i asked the legal officer his response was " I 'm working on it now right; the why are you asking" .after a heated argument, he had requested for 2 more documents which i have provided in 2 days . Now the request has been sent to the my branch and have out a clause mentioning that i sister's signature was needed in the claim application ( My sister is in the US & all this while i was told a scanned copy of her signature in her form will suffice). The assistant branch manager is the rudest guy you can think of. He has literally humiliated my mom and me saying that we have not been listening to him. I don't understand how the regional office and the branch can state 2 different things. Where is it stated in the Law that a claimant should get a consulate signature if he/she is abroad. Why is Vijaya bank humiliating us like this to claim our own money. I request the bank officials to settle the claim ASAP while taking strict action against staff like Mr Muni Sekhar(assistant branch manager), Ravi Rajan : Legal officer- Regional branch. Else i will have to sue the bank in the consumer court.

                            I had applied for 10 units of sovereign gold scheme 2o15 -16 on 5 Feb 2016 my I'd being[protected] but till date I have not received my certificate in original. Your Patel Nagar br at Lucknow has only given the print of soft copy of the bond. On enquiring from the branch they reply the same has not been received by them from HO. Other banks like Corporation Bank had given the bonds to their customers in May 2016. Please dispatch the same at the earliest.

                              I already complaint two times on line and two times in my home branch but I did not get any response. Once again I am complaining that on 5th April suddenly Rs. 8000 & 7000 debited by bank which has not been withdrawal by me. The massage is showing the money has withdrawal on 19th & 20Th January which is not true. It has happened some technical problem in system of bank. But by bank system problem I can not bear any financial loss. So please look into the matter and refund me the money back.

                                we get touch with your bank assistant immediately

                                they told due to some internet issue it was hold

                                it would return your account within 10 days

                                again contact bank manager he told

                                give me complaint letter

                                then given letter

                                same but not get the amount return

                                after one month he reply wait definitely it it would return your account

                                with 3 months

                                same but not get the amount return

                                again touch with bank manager

                                same say give complaint letter by mail

                                now given mail complaint

                                please take correct action and return my money

                                hope your reply regarding

                                don't ask again and again complain letter

                                  The money debited suddenely from my account on 05.04.2017 which was not withdrawal by me from ATM. For Detail attached the account statement. Tha massage got on 05.04.2017 from bank Rs. 8000 withdrawn from your account details CWDR/127545/19012017/A01/NFSI, & Rs.7000 withdrawn from your account details CWDR/2253/20012017/A01/NFSI. Both the massagese are fake massage & money wrongly debited from my account.

                                  Please look into the matter & refund my money as soon as possible.

                                        I am Anis pasha having an account in your bank.facing a problem because of deducting the money from my account frequently because of that we are not able to pay the monthly loan amount. As soon as we deposit the money into the account the money is getting deduct ed by bank officials. If we ask them they just say that u have been swiped ur debit card it had not shown earlier now it is getting deducted because of that we are forced to pay the penalty to the loan members.I request u to not happen this again. So that we should pay the penalty again and again.till now the bank had deducted two times 1500 I.e 3000 rupees till now.I hope that my problem will get solved as early as possible.
