Vijaya Bank — bank is asking to repay

The bank manager is saying that i have withdrawn more money than the available balance and asking to repay it. My question is how i can i withdraw more money than the available balance how is it possible???
How can u allow to withdraw more money than the available balance??? It is the mistake from the bank side and the bank is asking to pay now after so many days which i can not track???
Please let me know what to do???

Since from 1 and half months i am facing an SB account issue. I have created an RD account, after that i am unable to view the sb acc details. I have complaint branch as well as customer care and also headoffice. Still not resolved as branch moving it to headoffice and they pointing to branch.
