[Resolved] Vijaya Bank — Customer care irresponsible and purposely disconnecting the call | |||||
Your toll free numbers as given on the site does not connect easily. Moreover, if it gets connected your customer care readily disconnects the call by quoting "Your voice is not clear". Also the same lady gets disguised into different names as happened with me - Shalini, Hemlatha etc etc. Is this the way to serve customers. Down Down Vijaya Bank Customer Representatives.
