Vijaya Bank — debit card cash withdrawal problem

I am k v ramakrishna shetty, retired senior vijaya bank manager.
This is to bring into kind notice that about the problem faced during cash withdrawal system in atm on july -1 st 2020. I had approached kerala gramin bank 'kunjuthur 'for the cash withdrawal through atm on july 1st 2020. Out of 3 transaction which i had done, i was able to receive the amount sucessfully but the 'one' transaction stated the status as 'cancel ' but the amount was debited from the account (Rs 10000) successfully. Has logged the complaint long back in respective branch as well as head office. Please look into the matter very seriously and do the needful at the earliest as it is a huge amount.
