Vijaya Bank — Deducted my money

I have pay my torrent power bill but transaction was failed but they have deducted my money. I have contacted them they told me that they will refund my money but it has been 10 days but i havn't got any response. My a/c no is [protected] & ammount 630 /- my name rakesh agrawal. Bank branch : VASTRAL Ahmedabad.Date : 29/11/2016 mobile : [protected].
Please help me for return my money
