Vijaya Bank — Deficiency of Service

As per government order I am asked to pay salary of my staff numbering 8 through net banking. I was asked start a Current account with a nationalized bank in my locality. Since I have SB account in Vijaya bank Kuthuparamba, I started a Current account in Vijaya bank Kuthuparamba. As per instructions from Labour office the required software was installed in my computer and verified by labour officer. I was asked to credit the required amount for the salary of all of my staff to Current account and it was done.On 06.03.17 the required amount was debited from my account. But my staff did not get the salary. When my branch manager was contacted he told that the transfer of amount to respective accounts of the employees were done from head office at Bangalore, and in a day or two the employees will get amount. My staff did not get salary till 13.3.17. I put up a complaint (PGRS[protected] with head office and I got reply problem solved. They transferred the amount back to my account and local branch transferred the amount to respective accounts. Since that was not the procedure as per Labour office I put up a complaint again with head office (PGRS[protected] of Vijaya Bank asking them the reason for, that much delay in transferring the amount to the accounts of my employees and I have requested them to let me know whether this much delay will be there in future transactions also. I am yet to get a reply. Time for paying wages for the employees for the month of March is approaching I do not know what is to be done.
I request you to take action to be taken against the bank for this type of irresponsible behavior. Other banks in my locality have approached me stating that they can handle this work. Should I change the Bank?
