[Resolved]  Vijaya Bank — Dividend warrants not received

I am holding 100 shares of Vijaya Bank. Since many years I have not received any dividend warrants. I have now received AGM Notice(151555) and thus came to know about the declaration of Dividend for the year 2014. Kindly arrange to issue fresh dividend warrants in lieu of the unclaimed ones for the previous years.My details are:
