Vijaya Bank — i used sbi atm for withdrawal my cash, but i didn't get money in that atm.. but amount is deducted from my account. i need refund.

Date 25.03.2020 time 10.49am i used sbi atm for withdrawing money, near by yenepoya medical college deralakatte. 575018

I withdrawn 10000/ but atm machine showed some error message. So i didn't get my money.
But i got message in mobile that 10000/ is deducted from my account.

So im requesting you to go through this. And refund my amount.
I need money very urgent.
