Vijaya Bank — imps failure but my account got debited

I tried doing an imps using my vijay bank mobile app but due to network problem that imps got failed and my account still got debited.
I dailed the customer care phone number of the bank and stayed on the line for an hour but still didn’t got a hold of any representative.
Please
I would like to know that how can i get that amount back to my account.
