Vijaya Bank — money got debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account

Hello sir, my account number is [protected]. I have transferred the amount of ruppess 200 to the beneficiary account through imps in vijaya bank mobile banking app on today i. E 27/9/2018 at 5:38 pm. Amount in my account has debited during transferring but the amount is not credited to the beneficiary account. Kindly provide me the refund since amount is not credited to beneficiary account.

My amount had been debited while booking the room but room hasn’t booked but the amount has been debited
