we sent amount of 2, 387 by mobile banking on 10th january 2017
this was deducted in our account
but not transferred to our client
we get touch with your bank assistant immediately
they told due to some internet issue it was hold
it would return your account within 10 days
after 10 days not get return
again contact bank manager he told
give me complaint letter
then given letter
same but not get the amount return
after one month he reply wait definitely it it would return your account
with 3 months
same but not get the amount return
again touch with bank manager
same say give complaint letter by mail
now given mail complaint
please take correct action and return my money
hope your reply regarding
don't ask again and again complain letter
i need my amount within 10th may 2017
