Vijaya Bank — wrongly my allotted shares credited to other account by bank manager mistake

I bid with application no. 80031434 sbilife insurance and application no. 80064500 icicilombard from my bank vijaya bank bhiwandi account no. [protected] named nisha goyal. 2 times amt. Debited in my saving account for shares allotment but i don't receive any shares in my dp id [protected]. I check online status of these applications that shares transfer to other nisha goyal dp id. In[protected]. I already talk with this person and tell all things but she says that company registrar mail me i give return to registrar after that registrar transfer proper demat account. So please solve my problem i attached both applications forms. Other nisha goyals mail id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in.
