A test, CEA was booked for my father on 11.04.2023. The sample collected at 9:00 am on 11.04.2023.

This test is very important, as the report is needed plan for treatment plan.

Now the time is 8:00pm, date 12.04.2023. Still the report is NOT issued!! Total 35 Hrs elapsed for a test which hardly takes 8 Hrs to report from the sampling time.

The call center people are telling that the report will...

I undergone USG today morning at aakruti town ship branch, registration I'd[protected], and requested them to collect the report at uppal branch, they said us to collect the report by evening, when I reached uppal branch at 7 pm, they said they didn't received the report, and called the aakruti town ship branch, they said they will be sending report within 20 minutes, but even by 8 20 pm, they didn't sent the report, on contacting them on phone, they disconnected the call inbetween with out giving any information and after that they didn't attend the call. They are very reckless and negligent towards customer kindly take the corrective action and give feedback in this regard

I am waiting for a period of 2 hours for chest xray ...after that the technician has come ..
There is no proper Q
There is no gaudence
Waste of time...
Waste of money

Tried booking a test package online, provided all the details and paid the full amount using net banking. The transaction failed. The amount got debited from my bank account but nothing got booked. Been following up with their customer service to no avail. It’s pathetic that their online booking service did not work in this day and age and no proper customer service to address the grievance immediately.

Been to Vijaya Diagnostic Kharhana Secunderabad for OPG and Lateral Ceph. After collecting the reports I visited the Doctor. He said one report is missing. When checked with them they informed that they had taken only the OPG and not the lateral. Anyways visited the kharkhana branch again after a phone call regarding the Lateral Ceph . They said to come over. After reaching they said they stopped taking that test and directed me to the Branch...

I visited the Vijaya diagnostic center KPHB Phase 6 Near Forum mall today i..e., 21 Feb 2023. The billing amount has to be rs.6084 but the person at the billdesk made rs.8864 that is because he attended a call while billing and added an extra test "24hours urinary iron" of worth rs.2780 which was mentioned by the person on the call. When i asked why was this added, please remove it from the bill, he mentioned that he mistakenly added it while speaking to other person on the call.They asked me to fill a form for the refund of rs.2780. Why should we be facing the issue for his mistake? I filled the form (attached here) and gave it to them mentioning the reason as "The employee has mistakenly added while speaking to other person on phone". He made me sign on other unfilled form and when i questioned on why should i sign again on unfilled form when i already filled a form and gave it to you, he mentioned he need to submit 2 forms which was a clear lie. I mentioned the correct reason and so he wanted to change the reason for "the cancellation on test and refund" form. One person says the refund will be given in 3 days, one person says 5days and one arrogant lady sitting there with no sense of customer service says it takes 10days and says it is not in their hands.Just because of their negligence, should i face all this unnecessary situation and arrogance? why can't these guys be responsible?when you make us pay the amount it is in 1sec but when you have to refund, it takes 10days? You make mistakes and talk to customers rudely? First learn customer service.Extremely disappointed with the service and behaviour and negligence and arrogance.

Kindly consider how much difficulty patients would suffer due to delayed reports. Total schedule spoils. Financial Upsets. We are not local. Every body including incharge madam are keep telling lies. Unreliable service. Very Poor attitude. Neglected behaviour towards patients. Unreasonable time taking to give reports. Now they are Not receiving my phone calls on their phone no. [protected]. Why do we suffer? They failed to keep their word. Please do justice. My report should be given immediately and the amount paid by me should be refunded due to their fault. Kindly do needful.

I visited Vijaya diagnostic centre in Gayatri Estate Kurnool.The treatment of the receptionist to the doctor is pathetic.I had an appointment for ultra sound the radiologist prepared me for the scan and left for nearly 20 minutes leaving me half naked.When she came back I said a patient's dignity is important.she said she went to see some x-ray she did nothing wrong.
Later when I came to collect the report the dispatch was too rude and shouted at me saying your report will not come before 1 hour.

This morning i visited the centre for check up of blood sugar fasting and post lunch. The young lady due to lack of expericne and training, she was struggling to take the blood sample. Somehow she managed to collect the blood sample for the fasting glucose. Later for the post lunch when visited around 1130am again she started poking with the needle all over the hand to find the nerve and by then both my hands have started swelling and the blood started flowing from the viens with lot of pain and itching, i had to immediately rush to a doctor. This is so annoying to have such incapable and untrained lab technicians be appointed by vijaya diagnostic centre for mere ly making money by playing with the health of the people. This is totally not accepted and the management of the vijaya diagnositcs must take the responsilbity and be punished for such unprofessinal act seriously.

We have visited Vijaya Diagnostic center Hyderabad, Himayath nagar Branch for Follicular Test for my spouse paying bill of rupees 1300/-, we preferred Vijaya diagnostics as we felt like it might be trust worthy but after getting performing of Follicular test, since this test will be conducted three times we have visited on 19th Jan 2023 for first time and got it done and the report was not clear so the Radiologist asked us to come again for first test. since then I am trying for an appointment till now I didn't got the appointment. When i tried Vijaya Customer Care every time they gave me one phone number to contact but they didn't answer my call till today. I tired more then 20 times for getting appointment but no one answered my call. I didn't expect that Vijaya Diagnostic Center which got good reputation will behave with patients like this. Here are the contact numbers I got from there customer care for getting appointment [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] - Branch Manager. I was surprised even the branch manager is so careless with out answering the calls which doesn't make sense of what he supposed to do.

We have visited Vijaya Diagnostic center Hanamkonda Branch for HSG Test for my spouse paying bill of rupees 2500/-, we preferred vijaya diagnostics as we felt like it might be trust worthy but after getting performing of HSG test, we have submitted those test reports to Doctor shockingly on seeing of reports she told us The test was not performed correctly, As HSG test is highly sensitive we wonder why this center...

Just for x ray they are taking 24 hours for reporting,

Vijay diagnostic centre at Santosh nagar. Giving very poor response and treatment patient with rude behaviour. Scolding us.
I took test on Friday ..today is Monday they have not given reports yet.how careless there are .i think they publish report after patient died🤬🤬.

My registration number in Vijaya diagnostic center is[protected] on 27.09.2022. The billing people are in Lb nagar are helpless and least bothering about people coming for diagnosis. All the tests are not billed at a time and few are skipped for registration.
My in law's are illiterate but the people are in Vijaya diagnosis are very much literate and least bothering about reputation of company. After asking so many questions skipping few tests which are urgent for treatment.
Is this the way to ask elder people to roam around Vijaya diagnosis.
I want to lodge a serious complaint against them. Especially morning shift staff

I'm a long time customer with Vijaya diagnostic and you guys have build a trust and support by serving the customers with complete satisfaction and accountability. My recent visit was very very bad and I did not get proper response from the branch...

My nephew was advised for CT SCAN abdomen and oral iv investigation and this was a emergency case, his condition is not well and the receptionist informed that we will get report tomorrow evening almost 30 hrs. I mean if there is a emergency case don't you guys have some additional authority to get it done soon? I requested the Incharge ( Mr. Brahma) to check and keep emergency request so that I can get the report and can seek the doct ASAP. He said the term " there are other patients available, particular doctor needs to check this and that all gyann) then I called Mr. Mujeed and did not get any response from him...

Having said that all customers are important but based on the situation and the condition which client is in. You need to provide the solution within quick time...
My trust and bond is getting away from you guys...

On 20 /09/2022 at 3.30pm I came to take blood test of my three year old daughterat attapur and the inexperienced staff by name saba begum was unable to find correct vein of the kid and just kept on the injected syringe in the kids skin but unable to get to proper vein ..then she tried on another hand with the same immaturity and medical negligence...she could not perform her duty and was trying to rotate the syringe under the skin and stopped only my intervention. When I contacted the centre manager she said the experienced lab assistant is on leave and asking me to go to tolichowki branch.. is a cattle diagnosis being run at vijaya diagnostic...

They don't even consider the patient condition, reckless and arrogance and disgusting, i would recommend everybody not to go to this place

I have taken Master Health checkup package and HLAB27 at Vijaya Diagnostic Suchitra on 4 Aug 2022, we have the sample in morning and night we were informed that we need to submit the prescription or else the test cannot be performed. As the patient was guest in Hyderabad, the sudden prescription request could not be fulfilled, the centre promised for a refund of Rs. 3800 for the same. Same day the test was being performed in another lab as per the requirement. The bills are attached.
Now the centre phone is always switched off and the customer care is asking to call at the centre.
Very disappointed to know such big organisation is so unprofessional.

I have visited BNReddy along with my pregnant wife, reception staff was worst, and rude behavior,

We have had an advanced appointment from LB NAGAR and redirected to BNREDDY after speaking to BN Reddy Doctor.

Reception Staff did not allowed me to make our scan, and they were very rude at us.

Sir/Madam,

Today 25th August 2022 I went to your vijaya diagnostic center L b nagar with my mother-in-law for blood test and 2D ecch test at 8.54am with registration number[protected]. The blood samples they collected and told to come in the evening in between 4pm to 5.30 for the 2D Echo test. As per them I started with my mother-in-law and reached the center 4.40pm with prior call to the concerned sister and found that the Dr. Madhulal left the center even if we called them and informed we are on the way. This is the kind of negligence how can he left even if the patient is on the way and well informed in advance. The Dr. left the center even if we informed by calling them that we are on the way. I am very much dissatisfied that this kind of service to senior citizens. He left the center 4.40pm sharp even the sister mentioned the time on your receipt. Please find herewith the details of the receipt for your reference. Then I requested your staff so they advised to go the vanasthalipuram branch for the same test then I again rushed to the vanasthalipuram center for the 2D echo test. This type of thing I never expected from a service organization like Vijaya Diagnostic Center. Kindly look into this so that this will not happen to others in coming days.
